What excites me about Bowenwork – Bowen has been a lifesaver and life changer for me. I was introduced to Bowenwork when I was in a low place in my life. I dealt with multiple mental and physical health issues and was on several medications to get up in the morning. Bowenwork truly transformed how my brain functioned, how my body felt, and I fell in love with it. I love the gentle nature and how Bowenwork is used on anyone. From newborns to centenarians, Bowenwork can be used to help anyone enhance the healing process. Each course I take gives me additional insight that I cannot wait to share moving forward.

What I love about teaching – My first day of Module 1, I walked up to my instructor and said, “So, how do I get to become a Bowenwork teacher?”. I have been passionate about this modality since my first introduction and have wanted to share it with anyone who would listen. We have scratched how Bowen could affect everything from how sports injuries and surgeries are addressed to how mothers and babies are cared for pre-postnatally. The more practitioners we can teach, the farther-reaching we become. I would love for Bowenwork to be a household modality, like massage and chiropractic.
