“Education is the kindling of a flame, not the filling of a vessel.” Socrates

Bowenwork is so unique, the gentle moves by the practitioner are the catalyst, but the client’s body is leading the dramatic shifts. The rest between moves creates a meditative rhythm that allows space for the dance of symmetry and the swift return to the body’s original blueprint. The structural alignment that Bowenwork facilitates creates ease in the client’s life and a calm in their nervous system. Bowenwork is a sustainable practice for the practitioner’s body, mind and spirit.

Cobalt’s love for teaching and sharing Bowenwork comes across in her classes. Cobalt has a great sense of humor and fosters a safe and supportive environment by teaching to many different learning styles in an adaptable format. She is charismatic and personable. Cobalt enjoys witnessing students become empowered and confident. With each class and supervised practice groups, her students dig deeper into understanding placement of moves and the affects on the body. She thrives on working with students while they are creating connections, discovering a revolutionary technique and starting practices.
