Monica has been doing bodywork since 1997. She studied Bowenwork in 2016 and has been practicing ever since. Monica has been amazed at the results in her own body and in her clients. She has a passion for helping people to maintain mobility, break old body patterns, get pain relief, and have a better quality of life in their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Monica deems Bowenwork as “fascial medicine” and is constantly astounded by this fascinating modality that seems to touch everyone in different ways with a unique and personal experience each time. She wants to continue to pass this work on and feels like teaching will help put this “medicine” in the hands of anyone who wants to learn.
